First of all, Thank you for coming to this site. It doesn’t get updated much but very appreciative of you coming. HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR since I missed the our January greeting. Now the exciting news is we are pushing the new single “EYES” which will be released this month of Feb, 20th 2026. It will come out on a Friday, so be sure to check out our YouTube channel for updates.
Next will be the long awaited “Nobody/Somebody“ hoping to release by March, 2026. Then we hope to starting playing around town in Tokyo so will keep you updated on that. So wishing you a great start of the year and may Spring come soon so you can get out of the winter(in the Northern Hemisphere) and for those down south or under the equator then may you have a great fall season coming up.

Hello Everyone and welcome to HOKUTOBILL’s Official Website.
Thank you for everyone who trying to see what is going on with this artist. First off, we got some great news from Tune Core Japan(Distributor) that the Video for “Another Fuxked Up Day” got placed in the top 100 Videos on Line Music. This was quite a surprise as the song is over 3 years old but we will take it! On July 25, it ranked No. 99. Therefore, we made a YouTube Video with the info here. This was much needed news as HOKUTOBILL has been going through some mental issues so for all of you having troubles with work or at home or with friends and enemies, we can feel your pain and understand that life is not always pretty. However, don’t let these things bring you down. This is your life, so live it up to the fullest. If you need help then go get it as there are free services out there to help you.
Now let’s get to the music. We need to create a Music Video with everything release these days as most people are listening to music on radio as much anymore and cars now can link to your mobile phones. So this is a challenge and it takes time. However, we are working hard to get out at least one new Song before the end of 2025. So Thank you for your patience and looking forward to letting you know what’s in store for you all sooner than later.

２０２３ Update:
Happy 2023 Everyone
Yes it is the year of the Rabbit. So let me update you on what as been going on with HOKUTOBILL.
Well, in 2021 my left hand developed some strange kind of Arthritis in my index and middle finger. So as a guitar player, this is not good. I have had to rehab my fingers to be able to play again so that put a cramp in my style to say the least. However, after taking off 2022, it looks like the fingers are pretty much good to go. Therefore, I will try to give it a go and start putting out some new material sometime this year.
We still have “Nobody/Somebody” yet to be released so I am re-working that one with a video so hopefully before Spring you call all hear it.

The HOKUTOBILL show was put on Hiatus and I will try to get that back up but YouTube is not very viewer friendly these days will all of the CM’s every two minutes!!! So wishing you all a safe and Healthy year to come and looking forward to giving you some more music sooner than later.

Current News: HOKUTOBILL has been working as an Olympic Volunteer for Tokyo2020 Games. So he is taking some time off until that is completed.
